this is my nail design for the week! i love doing aura nails, but my airbrush broke like a year ago and i haven’t gotten a new one 🙁 i used a little make-up sponge instead, which i’ve done before, but i forgot how bubbly it looks. i would probably do again during fall or winter time cuz these aren’t very summer-y

how long does it take to do?
it depends on how complex the design is, but you also have to take into account prepping your nails, curing time between each coat, and the actual design itself.
for this it took me about an hour, hour and a half, which is shorter than average for me.
how often do you do your nails?
honestly, i get bored of my designs fairly quickly because of how i take to do them, and then i just stare at them when they’re done. i also just hate having short nails so that’s why i don’t grow out my natural nails as much because of how long it takes to get them to the length i want them to.

i used to do my natural nails but because of work and now that i use gel polish, my natural nails don’t grow fast anymore which is heartbreaking, waaaaa.
butttt we’re back on a natural nail growth journey because i think i’m starting to get allergic to gel polish ingredients, also waaaaa.
